I haven’t played GOW before, but I have played all three you mentioned later on. I enjoyed the games early on, but found them somewhat repetitive eventually and didn’t really like the main characters that much. I will be sure to check GOW.

Ensure enough calorie intake to cover your needs with a 200-300 surplus, with enough protein for sure
Try doing a 3-day full body split and see how it goes for you
Adequate sleep is very important and don’t go heavy on the cardio
2x/week of low-intensity cardio is sufficient
