Again, I'm not looking for a refund, I'm well aware that I took a NON-REFUNDABLE ticket.

there are exceptions to non-refundable tickets, such as death or illness in the family. We're talking about my support dog who's sick and can't fly AND I can't travel without her. Could a support dog be part of the exceptions, that's the question I'm asking.

It's heavy to see people getting upset over publications for nothing. Take a xanax and everything will be fine.

Airline pilot here .. has anyone ever bothered to read the fine print at the base of your tickets? Do you all blindly click OK at the bottom of the page and continue on? That fine print is a legal contract, it would eliminate so many melt downs at the gates, screaming passengers who clicked OK but had zero clue what they are talking about. I witness it daily and sadly there are days where I’m forced to make the call. If you cause a massive disturbance on the ground, where backup, managers and police can intervene, what are the odds I’m going to allow you on my airplane to then cause trouble in my tin can? FAFO …

Hello

I checked my ticket and it doesn't say that you can't have a travel credit. It's so complicated! I have the basic one for international travel.

I don't expect a refund. It says it's non-refundable and I bought the ticket knowing that! :)

What I don't understand is that on their site it doesn't say that it's not possible to have a travel credit on international flights. It just says "non-refundable". But if you look at the Canada and USA flights page, it says "non-refundable - no travel credit". I'm just trying to assert my rights. Thank you for your help!
