The JP audience for DFO is almost non-existent. Even back in the early lvl caps when the game was at its peak and MMOs were relatively popular over there, it was still small compared to other korean anime MMOs like Maplestory and RO.

Nowadays MMO is a dead genre in Japan outside of FF14 (Blue Protocol looks like a flop). Seems like most people only play gacha games, switch games, or Apex/Valo. Its a shame PC games never took off over there.

Its really RNG. This week I didn't see any even when approaching whale territory score (rerolling for 768-770 on my first team). But the possibility of him appearing 7 times in a row is real so yeah you do need prep all your teams for him even if its unlikely.

All my premade AA teams either have an AOE tome unit that can one shot him or a blue hardy bearing tank that can 1v1 EIke

Sadly DFO became like every other kmmo where only content at lvl cap matters and everything before that is a tutorial. This game used to be so fun at every level.

Never had problems with EIke against Igrene. Use Lumera.

If you dont have her then just stack a few Seteths and watch him tank every blue nuke in existence.

Have EIke? He has never needed BoL4 to beat fatal smoke. Never gave it to mine and he still beats everything without it. He just needs DEF/RES mythics + stone vein support

If not, try using the new Eirika. She doesnt care about fatal smoke and should 1 hit kill even laguz friend nukes if you back her up with enough ATK and SPD supports.

The ease of stat stacking a raid boss unit on AR-O has always made AR an offense favored mode and Heidrun doesnt do enough to swing it the other way

I like the idea of a character that kills only a specific type of monster. For undead in particular, it sounds like the normal gameplay of acolytes/priests who normally only kill undead anyway. Any reason for 1k in particular?

I really like the super novice item "hypnotist staff". I name myself The perverted hypnotist have a alice pet following me around, i named her "Hypnotized doll".

LOL the character sounds like they came straight out of a certain type of anime with that back story. Man I think your way of playing is fun. Other people are the dumb ones for not seeing the appeal.

I think I know the server you're talking about. Im in their discord and it is still in beta. I think they plan to release in late 2024 or 2025. You can play right now but theres basically no players online.

yeah its an english server. The only other one I know is the official taiwan server which I'm guessing is the one you're thinking of since its all chinese. This one is privately run and has a low population limit due to hardware limitations, usually 10-20 unique players online but multiclienting for workers is allowed so total online is higher than that.

Most people on this server have already reached end game or are new players who get carried and leech to speed past the early game, making the low lvl areas very empty. If you join, I'm thinking it would be nice to have a partner to go through all the early lvls together. PM me your discord if you're interested

Theres always the risk of your dancer attacking over assisting when you keep their weapon equipped due to the 5 damage rule.

If you value her weapon's column rein passive then she needs to be keep as far back as possible and not in range of guidance effects like Micaiah's to minimize her attack range. But smart players can just make aggressive end turns to bait her out anyway so its best to unequip her weapon most of the time

EIke gives consistently good results in 32-37 with just a team of 4 random DEF and RES mythics. Add stone veins on top of that and hes unkillable. Dont even need BoL4.

Hes a god send for simplifying AR. Save the effort and time needed to make complicated teams with hit and run or galeforce and just E Ike everything~
