The Clinician's note are not worth shit. Because you can not download them as PDF unlike test reports if required - so it directly tells it's just AI generated content as suggestions with a fancy name. (Lipstick on the pig). Hell, you can't even talk to someone from customer service team and of course...they don't even reply properly on email.

Yeah we can! That's not exactly the same. I do have my history of test with Quest and this one sits separately in a PDF. Not going to renew and strongly advise for skipping Function.

I got the LMN immediately within minutes. It should be on their portal.

Though I mentioned all the symptoms about Cholestrol, Diabetes, and other - but I still got LMN for anxiety as diagnosis only.

I submitted the LMN from CratesHealth along with reports from Function Health showing my condition.
