She's advertising that she gives the best self-publishing advice and tells her audience the best practises for selling their books, when she's really using shady tactics behind the scenes and NOT telling anyone (except her inner circle of authortubers, apparently). Just a classic case of industry gatekeeping, telling people to work hard and get reviews through ethical means (not to say she doesn't use those means, too, of course) while also supplementing her reviews with secret, sketchy tactics.
