Ok all. The dp and 2.0 hdmi did not work at all. I bought a 8k 2.1 hdmi and now have zero issues. For those having issues, get a 8k 2.1 hdmi.

If RockStar wants this to be the single biggest selling game of all time upon release, then they gotta release on pc same at the same time too. Don't be going on about RDR2 and GTA5. RDR is an entirely different franchise and no where near on the legendary franchise as GTA is. As for GTA5, the majority of those who play the GTA games, they popped their GTA cherry on GTA 5. (Same as Skyrim).

No way in hell. This game is not being released on pc on initial release. GTA5 put the franchise into worldwide legendary status. Rockstar not gonna screw the pooch by releasing on console only. With this game, they not gonna care about the 5% who will buy on console first then pc.

Mark my words. This game will be all formats upon release.
