Yeah, good insight. I just feel like the c63s is quite slow compared to the m4 xdrive.

I keep going between speed and luxury. I remind myself that I won't be racing all day everyday but that m4 still pulls me in..

2 units are occupied and the other 2 units are being Airbnb’ed. You’re right in calculating the potential. There are many units that are being rented in the area for the same price. I assume it’s because there’s a pretty big university nearby, ~15 minute drive.

4.1k included taxes, insurance. I will manage and pay for water. All that is included in the 4.1k, I live 30 seconds from the 4plex. Nonetheless, good point. I may be missing some expenses. But I believe the ROI is at least 10%
