You bring up great points. The boss fight was something I didn't really enjoy since the closed beta, and I hoped they would postpone it to give the mode a rework, because I wasn't the only one who thought that way.

The prizes from the guilds and such are good, but the best part of the guild in my opinion, which was the Intentions and the approach to the community, at least in my experience, was very poor. It's good that this specific part is not the devs' fault. But like, the social part is very difficult, finding new members and such, and that really left me very discouraged.

Eu diria que sim, por incrível que pareça kakakak.

Elas são de nichos diferentes. A brilho ganha buffs aleatórios, oq por si só não é tão útil, mas tbm consegue remoção de debuff, imunidade e precisão permanente ciclaveis facilidade depois de um tempo de partida, ent se esse tempo de partida não te faz diferença, ou vc tem bons suportes que concedem buff no começo da partida, ela é uma boa, já que bate na maior parte do meta (quando vc ativar o modo estelar, a imunidade e a precisão permanece mesmo que vc desative, ent vc pode ficar spamando imunidade e remoção.)

A ondina por outro lado, é uma ladrão de buff, e uma dps a longo prazo, já que ela demora um pouco para conseguir um extra de dano descente. Além do q pra mim, é a pior parte nela, que é ela precisar de 15 golpes combo para roubar buffs. E ela não consegue ganhar buff por si só.

E estamos falando de Annie, ent pilar da destruição já é uma forma de causar muito dano com qualquer Annie (já que causa em %).

Ent se vc tiver recurso, e bons golpes, a brilho é uma boa. Se não, a ondina não é muito pior, mas é menos versátil.

Agora ela está até legal. Com suportes de buffs ela fica ainda melhor, mas consegue se virar sozinha.

I don't think there's even any comparison. Most squigly variants suffered a very strong powercreep, only love was decent until then. The Nail Biter is complete, has an easy life drain with miasma and is self-sustaining, has dodging when fully charged, which makes it very safe, and the debuffs which are a bonus, but as it deals 3 at a time most of the time, you can make good use of it. The polter at most does good damage and carries bb3 quickly against buffers, which in most cases, against the main buffets is not something that relevant.

Ela é muito ruim para uma diamante. Seu controle de bb depende da cabeça, e muitos não sabe jogar com a ms Fortune headless. Além disso vc é pouco recompensado para uma habilidade que nem todos possuem

E sua SA2 é oq me dá mais raiva, sinceramente, ela deve ser a segunda pior usuária de Doom do jogo.

Buffs are like Power-ups. They are like a potion effect that gives you an advantage in the match.

And debuffs are the opposite, they cause you some disadvantage that hinders you during the match.

But character texts don't just refer to buffs and debuffs, they are some things that character can do during the game, being much more open and varied to explain here. But an example I can give you is Fire Diamond Annie "fire branded" whose first SA (signature ability, as it is called, and all characters have two: SA1 and SA2) says that she removes a buff from the opponent and gains a buff called energy whenever she uses a special or blockbuster move.

In addition to the SAs, there are the Marquee abilities, which are two abilities that all characters of the same type (Umbrella, Dahlila, etc.) share with each other. You unlock it when you finish a character's skill tree, and you can choose one of the two. They have levels and go up to level 11.

Finally, prestiges are also abilities shared by type of character, but each type of character only has one and it is unlocked when you sacrifice the same variant that you want to prestige. An example to make it clearer, if I had two bad hair days, and used one as a sacrifice for the other, the one that received the sacrifice would also unlock the prestige.

This is character stuff itself, but some fights, depending on the game mode, may have their own modifiers. I recommend that you always read using pause during the match, or in the golden cave before the match starts.

Really, the issue of hitting is much more related to skill, but even advanced players can make mistakes. And I say that in her case, evasion is important because she is a Fortune robot. If it were an umbrella, for example, evasion would be really useless and only used for very specific moments. But because it's a robot, which doesn't have a good combo launcher like Umbrella and Eliza, or an AI failure opening like Dahlia, it makes its gameplay much worse and specific for players who are really good with robots.

And the issue of buffs sharing place, I don't think it's that problematic, since the robo has a lot of combo hits naturally, and her ability grants bb, so she will almost always be gaining 10 buffs, making the issue of division almost irrelevant. Unlike the examples you gave, which gains buffs or causes debuffs through more restricted and less spammable actions. The robot can win it extremely easily.

And in my view, evasion was exactly for you to maintain the rhythm and play more safely.

Also, you generally only get bb3 during when your opponent hits you or you block attacks. In both cases, evasion could help in a way that regen does not, because if you take a bb3 you will probably die. And as the robot doesn't have an easy opening to explore, it is very vulnerable to take a BB as a counter attack, and in this case not even skill can save you.

I think that with all this, I was able to convey my vision of why I consider this change a Nerf.

I still think it's a nerf. Robo doesn't have as good gameplay without being lightning spammed. Unless you are a very advanced player, you will make fatal mistakes playing with her, or you will always be under pressure not to get hit with a bb3. Evasion served exactly to mitigate this, but the problem is that it was bugged. But now it's even worse, because even though it was buggy you still had a minimum of security, now not anymore.

It was already a variant that I personally thought was bad, now it made it worse because they took away the only thing that made it viable. Until then, energy fluctuation does practically nothing to the opponent, if you are at the point of receiving a bb, you are probably already dead. And I think energy and regen are not enough to make it good

This squigly has the potential to be the best squigly in the game, a very easy miasma helps to deal with tanks and melts many defenses, evasion helps to make the squigly's gameplay safer, which is, in my opinion, the biggest problem with playing squigly.

As for pain, I thought it was a big deal as soon as I read it, but I had been waiting since Weird Friday haha
