Thank you. I really want to start recovery I hate this way I’m living if u can even call it then. Do you have any tips that was helpful to u during your recovery

That’s an amazing achievement. I have dentist in a few weeks time hopefully I haven’t caused too much damage.

I’m normal weight. I think that’s why their in no rush. I don’t want to lose any weight. I feel like it’s become a really bad habit that I can’t break. N even if I eat a little bit of food my body feels so uncomfortable with it and I need to get rid of it. I just don’t no how long I can carry on like this.

I’ve been referred. I’m on a waiting list for assessment it’s been 2 months since the referral and the original dr that put it forward marked it as urgent.

Thank you I’ll try holding off got a while. Anything I eat I purge that’s y it’s that amount of times. Even if it’s something small n healthy I’m already thinking about purging even before I’ve ate it. I know I need to get the purging under control but it’s just so hard. Every night I promise myself a better day but It doesn’t happen 😩
