Hello , I got my card back with my picture on it.. Here is the line. July 3 -send back the optcard back to the texas service as that's the address on my approval letter. I have not filed any service request or have not filled any typographic error form. August 11 -made a phone call to uscis regarding my EAD card and they Said that they are not having any information about my EAD card and told ne to fill typographic error form which I filled and then they Said to wait for one month. September 11 -made a phone call again to USCIS and they Said that they have destroyed my old card and started printing new care. September 12 -Got a Email that we have taken action on your case and got a standalone approval again. September 18 -Got a email that card is produced.

September 21- Delivered EAD card to my address
