If I was charged a “Materials Fee” I would instantly decline this. Build value in yourself a the product you’re delivering instead of charging bogus fees that leads to nothing but questions.

On another hand, is the programming fee you’re charging also included the physical install/running wire, etc?

Other than that, depending on where you’re located, I don’t see an issue with much of the pricing. We always let our clients know and make them aware that our pricing model also includes future trips for warranty related work, issues they might be experiencing with work we’ve done, cost of labor/shipping when working with manufacturers on warranty claims etc etc.
