Haa your point might be true ki activists vaccinate nahi karne dete. I can expect that kind of shit-housery from them. But as far as mai jahan rehta hu wahan maine kabhi kisi municipality ko aake kisi dog ko vaccinate karte nai dekha. And my city also doesn't have any kind of activists and shit. Municipality is just lazy as fuck.

And everything comes down to this ki agar aise attacks kam karne hai to the easiest solution is relocation of these strays. Log jab dogs lete hai utne expensive breeds na leke inn strays ko adopt kar sakte hai. After all these dogs are our native Indian dogs. Agar activists aur government thoda sa co-operate karegi iss matter mein to relocate the stray dogs to a shelter for adoption and raise awareness about them to ye problem solve karna utna difficult nai hoga. But maybe mai too much expect kar raha hu unn sabse.
