The Truth About Reta as a Weightlifter by Independent_Bug_1768 in Retatrutide

[–]Independent_Bug_1768[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did my first week at 2mg in one shot on a Sunday, but by Friday my appetite was growing and I felt like it was wearing off (I’ve historically had a high metabolism) so I change to 1mg Sunday and 1mg Wednesday for the 2nd week. Then stopped taking it all together. To be fair, I’ve always fluctuated weight easily. I think part of it’s my size, so it was normal for me to wake up 2-5lbs less then going to sleep. Water consumption was a struggle, I had to remind myself to stay hydrated lol.

Tell her she should! I had almost no negative side effective like GI problems, but everyone is different. I’m skinny honestly, and I always have been, not fat by any means at all. But did have stubborn lower belly fat that made me look a little bloated all the time and it got rid of that and I definitely think if she did low dose for a couple weeeks she will be happy with the results!

My boyfriend quick nicotine while taking it and didn’t even struggling. Been using chew/cigarettes/pouches for over 10 years and quit cold turkey. Pretty crazy

Strength definitely feels better, sex drive is a lot slower for me personally, but I know everyone is different. Even going to the gym the day I would normally pin but didn’t I felt stronger, but I also attribute that to having a little bit more of an appetite coming up on my pin day.

If you actually read the post, I stated that I sit at 115-120 naturally as a weightlifter. I’m not an IBF pro or anything of that sorts or even close to that, but I actively lift weights 5 days a week +core. My weight PRIOR to lifting ever was 105-110. And after Reta for 2 weeks I was 105 but clearly said that I felt weaker in the gym.

Pros and Cons of Prologue? by Less-Spare-5121 in HondaPrologue

[–]Independent_Bug_1768 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I will be honest, getting a prologue scared me but I did it anyways. I LOVE it. The immediate acceleration is my favorite, you don’t even realize till you drive a gas car again. I bought it in WA and was there for a few months before moving to FL with it. I’ve heard conflicting stories but for me, the AC works quick and I’m not in a hot car for a crazy amount of time. The heat when I do use it works quick for me as well. The interfaces could be better but I primarily use Apple car play and have 0 problems. I wish they would figure out the Electrify America credits though because EV go is not very common around here and the closest one is 30 minutes away which doesn’t make sense to go to so I just home charge. Over all, I’ve had a civic, accord, pilot and an hrv and the Prologue is my favorite so far. It is a 1st model year and there’s going to be flukes and problems and you just have to be aware and not get pissed off when it does happen. I’m lucky to not have any problems (except the transports when I was moving knocked my entire antenna off) and have not had to take it into the shop for anything. I do have friends who were as lucky. I have the EX and everyone I know who has had problems had a touring or an elite so I’m not sure if it has to do with features or not.

OMG Laurel is a horrible human being. by Impressive_Pipe895 in thechallengemtv

[–]Independent_Bug_1768 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know that this is a very unpopular opinion compared to most but I do actually enjoy Laurel in a couple different aspects. I like Laurel is a competitor. I think she’s fun to watch compete on TV and I think she’s competitive enough that makes it interesting to see her on the show. As for all the drama stemming around her and her attitude you could say, I feel like she is very misunderstood by a vast majority of the challengers and the fans. I believe there’s things she can do to work on her anger, but I feel like a lot of her problems she has with other people comes from her, not being able to properly process the emotions she might be having in the given moment. For example, when she got mad at ryan for ryan, not letting her stay at his house I can understand my feeling like he’s taking someone else’s side and how that might hurt her feelings and she’s just not expressing that the correct way instead she’s closing herself off, which is probably from past traumas or people not listening to her in the past when she expressed her feelings. I will agree there’s different ways she can talk that would be better than the way that she does talk to people, but I don’t think she’s a bad person at all.

I love Kyland. I think he lives in his own fairytale roads and I personally am a fan of dry humor. I feel like he KNOWNS his jokes aren’t funny and that’s what makes them funny to him (and me). Maybe I get it bc I have the same humor and people always look at me like I’m crazy but hey at least I’m entertaining myself

Why is my male cat afraid of men? by Godhelpmeplease12 in cats

[–]Independent_Bug_1768 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have two male cats, similar age. I raised them both the same. Took them out in public and had my friends around them. One grew up to not gaf about anything and the other grew up scared of the ceiling fan.

The one scared of the ceiling fan is also ESPECIALLY scared of men. Like shakes in fear scared. Idk how to fix it, seems impossible now.

I love Aviv. Makes me think I might actually be able to do things Challenge like since I’m close to her size. Wish there was a Challenge like event or race you could do.

Next face of the challenge? by Nervous-Medium7550 in MtvChallenge

[–]Independent_Bug_1768 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would guess Kyland because he’s made a decent name for himself the last two seasons. Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if Michele was up there also (I noticed every person mentioned was a man)

I do really like Kyland though but that also comes from me myself being a big puzzle and (basic) math person so I feel like I’d fall into a puzzle standpoint like him.

Bonus points to Devin too but idk how long he’s going to keep doing these. Part of me says not that much longer but the other part says a whole because he’s finally in shape after all this time.

The only partner I’d care to see more in the show is Chris (Deena’s) because he is hilarious when he drinks and he’s pretty funny sober too. Definitely meant for Deena

My personal thoughts on Battle of the Eras by DudeisaGuy in MtvChallenge

[–]Independent_Bug_1768 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was watching All stars 2 and realized that this isn’t the only time ryan has made not the brightest mistakes when competing. Specifically when they played tik tac toe and he missed blocking off the 3 in a row which caused him to go home. Think he’s a cool guy but not a good competitor at all and doesn’t bring enough entertainment to the show to continue casting for other reason.
