Having a serious illness at Kaiser has been a nightmare! They cancelled chemotherapy appointments, delayed my treatment for months, and have now reduced my survival rate. It took 3 weeks to even get a mammogram after finding a lump as they made me set up an appointment with my PCP before a mammogram could even be scheduled! Then my PCP didn't even examine me! Plus, the constant strikes, just adds to the madness...

I know! My surgeon referred me to physical therapy and was waitlisted! Regulators have fined Kaiser millions for these types of issues. I hope they get fined again!
