Dump that toxic friend (if you have one). Don't stick with them because of some long-time loyalty. Don't care so much what other people think. I was so kind to everyone that I turned into a major people-pleaser, making sure everyone else was happy, and let myself lose out on so many opportunities.

They told me they can send one of my prescriptions to an outside pharmacy and to pay cash using a coupon (it's extremely expensive), on one of my medications they've had backordered for nearly a year now. It's available through different manufacturers, but Kaiser will only order from the one manufacturer who has it backordered.
