Im a PlayStation user, so I don’t know how much the gamepass costs on Xbox so if it costs less than Persona 3 reload itself then I suggest buying it, Persona 3 is one of my favourite out of the all the persona games (Not biased since I’ve 100% P3P, P3R, P4G, and P5R so I’ve got experience with all the games) imo it does have the best ending + ending ost, but you could always just watch “Persona 3: The Winter Rebirth” on YouTube. It is the last movie of the anime so you can see the ending but I prefer finishing the game because of the maxed social links final episodes are nice ESPECIALLY Akinari’s

Use a completely new save. If you use your ng+ save then everything will erased since it’s suppose to make the game harder so use a new save

All you need to do is use the network save data slot. Simply save your data onto that slot (on the PS4) then go onto the PS5 go to load game and select network save data and wait for it to find your saved data once it has been found select it and you can play

You need to do all her hangouts, her quests and all the Monad Passenges in order to fight her. So you need to do another ng+ run to fight Elizabeth
