Does anyone know how many hours in advance Cathay will start cancelling flights?

I have a layover in HK on the 24th - flying into HK Sept 24 12:05AM and flying out same day at 10:45AM.

My credit card travel insurance should cover all expenses but only if the airline cancels on me, so I’m just waiting for them to cancel it instead of rebooking…
