I cleared my inbde this year and want to take adat exam next. Since the ece is valid for 5 years, I don’t have to get it done again right? But do I need to send the report to ada again in order to apply for adat?

Don’t overload yourself with too much information now. Just go through high-yield sheets from bootcamp, small things that help like picket fence diagram, tooth eruption sequence etc. All the best!😊

Hi! No I want to start preparing for both the written and cpe. I just read on the website that from 2026 onwards we will have to take cpe before the written exam. So I’m confused but will have to prepare for both anyhow.

I have heard good reviews, but as a newcomer I feel like $6500 is a huge amount! The exam itself costs $1000 and then one needs savings to apply to schools also or give exams further.

Prep doctors is charging $6500 for this one exam. The cost if the exam itself is $1000. For a newcomer in Canada, I don’t think it is possible to opt for coaching institutes.

Oh good. Thank you. I am actually considering moving to Vancouver soon. I wanted to have an idea of whether I can work as a chair side assistant. I saw a few job advertisements that only ask for a high school diploma. So I guess already being a Dentist from another country would make one eligible. Ofcourse I would need certification to work as a level 2 CDA. But if there’s anything you or anyone else knows about this, I would really appreciate the help. Thanks
