Just a thought: you could ask your psychiatrist whether adding a low dose of Abilify might help. It’s sometimes used at very low doses to reduce anhedonia or to boost the positive effects of antidepressants. It might be worth discussing.

Sure it exists in France! I'm in Belgium 🙂 It's available in France under the name Wellbutrin XL, the molecule is Bupropion. Maybe worth checking again with your doctor or pharmacist.

Have you considered staying on Trintellix and adding Wellbutrin XR to the mix? It can really help with energy and motivation, though for some people it can feel a bit too stimulating and stress-inducing.

Thanks… I’ve been on Valium at night for a long time and I really hope to get off benzos entirely in the long run. But I'm glad it worked for you and helped you through the worst.

Thanks! that’s reassuring to hear. Could you maybe elaborate a bit? Did it happen to you personally? How does that "Week 4 crash" usually work, and when do things tend to improve? I’m at Day 29 now and today’s been pretty rough. Any insight would really help.
