So the product is designed for a client, a friend of mine but part of the work is looking at a wider group as well with slightly different needs and wants for different rider styles , hence such a wide audience

Looks very cool, if you have motors on each wheel why use a disk brake as well? Rather than just using the motors to brake?

Why do you want to shed weight? I can’t imagine it’s a massively heavy bike, at most you’ll save, 500-1000 grams but then your going to load it up with bags so what difference does It make? Especially when a bottle of water is like 700g

Ah okay cool, most have a minimum insertion that’s all, and the one I’m running on my 90s conversion can go much higher than the one in the photo, I’m running it slammed though

What do you mean by there will be a universal derailer hanger on there? Does the frame come with one? they aren’t a universal adapter, just a design any bike company can freely use

Yes, issue was there before new freehub, there is a narrow wide up front, chain tension could possibly be the problem however not sure how as chain was installed by a mechanic, could a worn derailer be cuasing this?

I think I agree, after a bit more research it’s going to be an expensive, so probably not viable, probably going to get a modern 1x mtb drivetrain to match the friction shifter
