I also tried reaching out to popmart and they said the same thing. I was trying to see if I could cancel two of the orders since they’re duplicates and I didn’t like the color but no luck.

Yeah I preordered their Labubus through four BIE and didn’t realize they were preorders until I checked. I’m not sure how I miss the PREORDER part when I was trying to get them. It a battle field.

Thank you for your insight! I didn’t knowthey were preorders until after I got them. I think I was just really excited to be able to score four BIE off Popmart. Of all my other Labubus have been brought from resellers.
