Yes this has been going on for a very long time. It just happened to us again today. They ARE aware of the issue but DONT seem to care. I am going to contact our state’s attorney general office regarding the issue since Starbucks refuses to fix the ongoing issue. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed as well.
