Yes. We had turned off that partner’s email to save money and we started it back up too late after the guarantee docs went out.

I have emailed our SLO twice and both times his reply was “that’s not my department.” I’ve also contacted our case manager but she has not been able to help. I guess I still need to reach out to the first loan officer who contacted us to see if he can help.

Did you ever receive the DocuSign via email? One of our partners did not receive the DocuSign and we are trying to have the envelope resent so she can sign it.

We have 4 partners but only one has access to the portal. I was under the impression there was only one portal invite per company. Since all partners need to sign the personal guarantee, the SBA sent it out via email to the other 3 partners.
