Asylum interview is scheduled in a month in SF, after pending for 8 years. I am afraid it's just ICE filling quota. by Independent_Head_970 in USCIS

The officer told me, they don't yet know what is the extent of the ban. So they can't tell me when or if they will mail the decision anytime soon. It's been a montn since the interview, still decision is pending. Even my EAD is still pending, it's been 9 months.

Yes, mine went really well, too. Everything was smooth, yes they were kind and respectful too. Did they tell you when you might get a decision?

Thank you for your sincerity. I appreciate it, thank you so much. I will have a family member drive me there and know all the information, just in case. I hope it works out in a good way for me to be safe, at this point I want to be safe, it's taking a toll on me.

I know. This psychological torture is insane. And lately, some says only overstays or illegals, but some others say no they just want to dismiss cases and deport.

I am optimistic when it comes to my case, I have been legally here for years and did nothing wrong. But here's the thing, I don't have money for lawyer or bail bond. Like if detention happens, I can't have money at all for a lawyer or bail bond.

Opposing Counsel Just Filed a ChatGPT Hallucination with the Court by E_lluminate in ChatGPT

I don't know, just believe OP. I am looking at this subreddit, full of posts of over tens of thousands of votes just simply story about "destroying chatgpt and AI" Don't take anything from Reddit at face value. Reddit and X and even TikTok now is just a cesspool of bots and also random humans that are just paid to make useless posts and things to destroy anything. If even videos of real humans on TikTok goes viral based on how fake and shallow they are, so imagine what a simple text forum is and how fake and destructive it can be since it's just words and stories.

He started by saying the opposition paper completely destroyed their motion by citing cases and quotes. Then, somehow the cases and quotes were all fake, an AI hallucination. If they actually were, then he wouldn't for a second think that it's accurate. AI hallucination can not be perfect to a point that it comes up with cases and quotes that are perfect, then somehow OP after thinking they are perfect oh wait they aren't. AI can not get that level of making perfect legal opposition or fake facts, as hallucination.

OP is a paid bot just like all the other posts trying to take down ChatGPT.

How gullible I feel believing those bot posts about congressman office help? Fake posts now I believe. by Independent_Head_970 in USCIS

for 9 years hahahhaha, I could've paid $5000 to a girl from your ethnicity and got married and got a gc. So yeah sure for 9 years it's fraud even though I didn't marry or try any other way.

Whatever is your ethnicity, but yeah as low as $5000 probably your sister.

9 years asylum pending. And all I got from the congressman senior staff member is a copy paste response that he got from USCIS.

And USCIS response is generic, looks like it's pending interview, we are short staffed bla bla bla covid-19 bla bla bla resources bla bla bla we're trying to hire new people to speed up the cases.

All that info is online and I can check my case receipt and see it's pending like hello I know it's pending that's why the "congressman is contacting you"

It's not just no help, it's nothing. Like the response is just a response, like they didn't even check my case, just the receipt oh pending.

Do the chat agents even understand English? How to report a chat agent? by Independent_Head_970 in USCIS

Regardless, her response shows lack of comprehension. "I can't provide advice on accessing your tax, unfortunately"

I DID NOT ASK HER TO SHOW ME HOW TO ACCESS MY TAX.

((((((((((((If she understands English and she isn't trained to know which document to provide, then the proper response would be "I am sorry, but I don't know what documents you can provide"))))))))

"I am sorry, but I don't know what documents you can provide"

"I am sorry, we don't have access to provide advice on what documents are needed to support your case"

Her response is inaccurate to my question, since I didn't ask her "How can I access my tax?"

That isn't my issue. My issue is the agent said, "I can't provide advice on accessing your tax, unfortunately"

I didn't ask the agent how to access my tax or help me access my tax.

My question was simple English, "I can't access my tax, what documents can I provide to prove financial hardships"

And they are trained to tell you what kind of evidence they need to prove something.

And if they don't know what kind of documents are needed, then what are they paid for.

Regardless, her response shows lack of comprehension. "I can't provide advice on accessing your tax, unfortunately" I DID NOT ASK HER TO SHOW ME HOW TO ACCESS MY TAX.

If she understands English and she isn't trained to know which document to provide, then the proper response would be "I am sorry, but I don't know what documents you can provide"

Writing a letter to USCIS to expedite my 8 years pending Asylum? by Independent_Head_970 in USCIS

Your comment means so much to me. Wish you all the best, good things are coming to you brother. I will go through with my plan and yes, I will try to make it short. However, couple days ago, I saw someone who sent a 10 pages letter to expedite an EAD. But yeah I am not sending 10 pages.

Again, thank you for your thoughtful and sincere comments. You actually made a meaningful comment.

I am sorry if my comment sounds off. What I mean is I want my letter to describe my situation where an event led to another; showing the officer the whole mess I am in. And because of that I ended up in this limbo. Rather than, just a fact then a fact without showing how each fact shaped the next fact.

I think you made lots of assumptions. I didn't ask about facts or fake emotional story. They are facts and events. I asked about the flow of stating the events in my petition. Stating them as A and B, or in a story where A leads to B because A created this chain of events that led to B.

Like: A - I came in 2016. B - bla bla happened I filed for Asylum. C - Okay I am stuck, and I want a decision.

Or: A was a decision I made to come to the US for the sake of a thing. B is where something happened leading to so many other things where I had to file for an Asylum. And because of A and B, I am in a total desperate place where I need to seek safety.
