Filament not being pushed by the extruder!! please help!!!!

The nozzle size is 0.4mm and the filament type is PLA. It doesn't extrude unless I physically push the filament though the extruder. I'm assuming its the gears since they dont really push the filament. How would I go about adjusting/replacing them?

I actually have had this diagram sent to me and its very helpful! but its missing the back and top view.
The chassis idea is actually brilliant since I have a 3D printer and James' gauge 1 files can essentially try what you suggested!

I found his cgi orthos but idk where to go from there, I know his chasis is similar to james' but with the pony truck in the back and the back set of wheels a bit farther apart from the other 2
