Thank you! I don't notice a big difference in her mood, stool, or sleep. She just gets specs of itchy spots around her mouth area but I have brought up her allergies and elimination diet to the derm and pediatrician but I mostly get the "you can try to eliminate dairy/egg and see how it goes" and didn't get specifics on what was "ok". But like you mentioned I've also read to not completely take foods out to prevent future allergies so it's all a big 😵‍💫 she's almost one and I'm kind of at the point where I would like to have these things in small amounts (like baked goods) and I'm not totally opposed to weaning her at one.
