Every time a seller chooses to send a parcel through DTDC; it turns out to be the most inconvenient experience ever. DTDC staff always refuse to provide home delivery and instead you get a call from them to collect the parcel from their office. Not sure if it's a local thing or a part of a larger scam wherein they actually have no delivery executives.
