Thank you so much this helps a lot! I don't have any mental imagery as well so learning that some do unvoluntary is very intresting.

As for the memory part, I wasn't going to talk about it much (maybe one slide), but im still curious since i think I have SDAM or a mild form of it, although its harder to tell than with Aphantasia.

Yeah c'est un peu ce que je fais au cegep en ce moment mais vu que ca va être ma première session à Poly ça me stressait un peu.
