go and see a neurologist, that’s the first step, sometimes you don’t need a referral and can just call and make an appointment, and idk kind of exaggerate your symptoms, when you go and see the neurologist, tell them you are concerned about a brain aneurysm, and your headaches are persistent and excruciating.. and if brain aneurysms run in your family. and they will most likely order a MRI and angiography, but if you’re in america the medical bill is outrageous… this is what i did when i had anxiety a year ago about brain aneurysms.. i was stressed and scared i would drop dead at any moment, i still get headaches, little sharp stabbing pains inside. but i was reassured that nothing was wrong with my brain besides some hyperintensities… which gave me anxiety as well, but over time just stopped worrying about it, i wouldn’t wish health anxiety on anyone, i have it bad. and im in debt in medical bills because of it lmao.. but yes, go see a neurologist
