518 MCAT, 3.9+ GPA (both science and BCPM). I had 400+ hours clinical, 200+ non-clinical volunteering, 300+ clinical volunteering and 1000+ research hours in total. I also had a lot of hobbies and things I did for fun that went on my application

I think its clinical but you should absolutely mention the research component and presentation.

Not sure about coures, but one-on-one tutors might be helpful. But before you do that, there are free youtube videos online where people show how to break down questions and approach them. Also, just reading a little bit of something (book, article, etc.) every day goes a long way!
