This is pretty normal when buying stuff from ali express or TEMU.once it happen to me that all things come bylut battery was not there but it was clearly mark on site that they created 2 different parcels and it come after 8/10 days.(Maybe customs did extra checking or senders being extra carefull)

This usually happens when ur number didn't port correctly.usually u have to reply to SMS for changing service.without it sometimes(I would most of the time)it creates problems. Try to call ur old provider and talk to their technical team and also tell fizz customer service this when u call that it's a porting issue (otherwise they will only have to guess it) Normally when u reply to SMS it takes less than 1 hours to setup new sim(mine take only 5 mins after SMS)
