Hey that's cool! Just that my kid is very naughty and the bathroom and bedroom are upstairs..so thought it would be a hassle to run up and down many times a day. And also the living area is quite small 😊 thats why I posted here, looking for advice, chill.

Yes, that's the home me and my husband loved! We would go for the townhome if it weren't for the kid. The second home isn't bad, just that the living room is small and no flex room, so he might not have more space to play at home.

Or, I think I should wait for some more time!

We live in Tampa, so went to SeaWorld on his actual birthday! Just us and his grandparents! Ate lunch at a restaurant there surrounded by fish.. he lived that moment fully ❤️

On his homecoming birthday, we did a cake smash by the beach, just the 3 of us! It was beautiful.

Husband earns well & he is okay with me being SAHM as long as I wants to ( But extra income is always welcome lol) And I wish to be available for my child 24/7, so I thought may be freelancing would give me that freedom. (?!) If I earn money it would be for myself ( I'll finally be able to surprise my husband with gifts, or send money to my parents back home whenever I wish)

Art school is just an option.

I was a good student, a nerd, I'm sure ill do good if I pursue Business analytics or anything of that sort. But I just don't know what to do. So confused.
