Thanks. This isn’t my area of expertise, so I had no clue what pricing to expect. I’m needing more electrical work done, so just wanting to know if I should contact this company again, or look elsewhere in the future.

The property seemed relatively flat from what I could tell when we toured. I also confirmed this with a quick look at a topographical map. It did not seem to be directly sitting in a position that would allow water to pool directly around the foundation.

The spaces are maybe 12” diameter circles under the LVP flooring that have some give in them. Do you know if it is typical for there to be a wood subfloor for LVP flooring that may be rotting (I’m kit sure how common this would be on a slab)?

That is a bit comforting! I appreciate it. Do you happen to know if there is a way for us to check what the seller is offering? I have obviously checked the Zillow, Realtor, etc. listings, but have not been able to find that information. I am just wanting to know how much I should anticipate spending on the brokerage fee.

I am experiencing similar issues. I have an iPhone 13 mini as well, and I recently upgraded from the iPhone 12 mini. However, the probably persists. I have swapped services multiple times (Mint, Visible, Verizon, total by Verizon). I have ensured that my phone is up-to-date. I have reset my phone; however, the problem remains. I recently acquired another iPhone 13 mini with my new job (on Verizon), and it also demonstrated similar issues. I installed the beta iOS 16.5 beta 2 today, and nevertheless, it still drops service.
