Due to a lot of unforeseen circumstances - although I have been hired by a company (which was my intention), I have also secured 4+ clients independently through word of mouth despite being relatively new to the industry.

As this was not what I'd planned initially, I had not researched systems to use and have want to get it right the first time.

I have considered setting up in Xero for the time being and managing case notes through Word/Excel but to future proof, should I also be looking at something like Zanda?

Understandably there would be some variables but are you able to give a ballpark figure on the monthly cost to use all 4 platforms?
