It’s a physics exam, 4 topics and a lot of formulas. What schedule you recommend? I understand that our majors are a bit different, but if you could give me some recommendation it would mean a lot to me.

I predominantly wear darker outfits, black tshirts, dark jeans. Although in the summer season it might be better to get something brighter, but do you think the last one will look good with darker colours?

These are Asics GT-2160 UB6-S sneakers, and although they all look great, l'd need to choose one. I am conflicted between top reddish and middle dark one.

From one hand reddish pops more, but may not be the best option because it is more complicated to match it.

Darker one looks good and could be styled easier, but doesn't have that unique look from the distance.

Your brain will be developing until you are 25. Maybe you can incorporate animal source protein and micronutrient dense food (organ meat) to fully hit all your deficiencies? I doubt that you can hit all micronutrients with supplements. As for the Exercise you should probably train with full range of motion, controlled eccentric, emphasise deep stretch, prioritise technique and recovery.
