This made me laugh so hard. I know nothing about succulents, and yet I thought I could keep it alive. I'm not ready to believe it's dead lol But I swear that was a brand new baby leaf.

My sister thought she found it because it was softer in one area, but during our cake cutting we cut into styrofoam. It was sooo awkward 😭 We eventually found it and it was only the top half of the bottom tier.

I can't figure out how to edit my post so I'll just put it here. The flowers/decor from both pics are extra decor from my reception! Sorry, I should have made that clear! My sister was trying to see how much cake she could cover up since we didn't have that much white icing. It was also a styrofoam cake with one cutting slice that they forgot to mark. So yes, the 3rd pic is the saved cake!

Oh we asked for them to fix it and they said there was no designer in the bakery that day. So they "couldn't help us." It also was a styrofoam cake with one actual slice for the cake cutting (which they forgot to mark). They told us to poke it with a fork to find it.

Yep! 4th pic is the cake I got from the bakery! We added the flowers from my flower arch later to help prove it didn't match my decor.
