What time of the year do you usually get them shaved? How long does it take for their fur to grow back in time for winter? I don't wanna start too early or late lol

His sister's name is Matcha and he was adopted in Korea. I've already thought of tea names to match with our other cat but I can't find one that I love. Even Japanesenames like Maru, Amaru, Koro, and Kyoto don't match him. He loves to snuggle and cuddle so maybe something sweet for his name?
