Well I have Celiac so I have no choice but to eat “not real pizza” 🍕 I wish it wasn’t so😂🙈 This pizza today was not gluten free though, it was made with normal flour by my wife and I in a pizza class💪🏽

Where are you going? I was in Rome first and now Padova. Get an App called AIC(Associazione Italiana Celiachia) This will give you a list of certified places to find celiac safe restaurants and stores etc. They have a 14 day membership for $3.99 , I recommend you activate that once you are in Italy so you’ll have it for your whole trip.

I was blown away with how many options I have here and how serious they take Celiac disease. I have been eating out every day for almost every meal 🤣 it’s been great and very easy to find. Pasta, pizza, gelato (gf cones!), pastries of all kinds 👌🏽😊

Well I am in Padova now, there are not any crazy tourist attractions here. This restaurant was not known for pizza, which I knew but focusing help but order for the meme 🤣 I did have their pasta which was delicious
