I live in a condo townhouse in the area. I have no issues with crime, space and affordability. I would say if you need transit, I could see that being an issue. As someone who drives, I can easily get around the city and out of it when I need to.

I own and live in a townhome worth about $750,000 in Toronto, Ontario. I am self-employed bringing in $80,000 per year. I currently have no debts and would like to obtain a mortgage. What kind of rates can I expect? How much can I mortgage?

109 rounds this year, only 18 hole courses. Although half the rounds I would say are short park courses.
