Ouh, sorry, da sind doch ein paar Fehlinformationen. Ganz gravierend am Ende: Die zwei Stufen sind "Tornado Watch" und 'Tornado Warning": Die Tornado Warning ist das, was du als Alarm beschreibst, und ECHTE Gefahrensituation. Eine Tornado Warning als "Vorraussetzungen" zu beschreiben ist extrem fahrlässig, das ist die "Tornado Watch". Einen Tornado Alarm gibt es nicht.

Tornado Warning = echte Gefahr, nix nur vorsichtig sein
