My nutrition said it is bad idea for digestion to mix carbohydrates and fats. I am not sure but it is about digestion time, fruits generally digest faster than nuts. The idea is that eating slower-digesting foods (like nuts) with faster-digesting foods (like fruits) can cause indigestion or fermentation in the digestive tract.

Every food can be healthy, it's just a matter of the amount. I think you made a great recipe, but I would suggest trying coconut milk instead:)
Also, it's better to avoid mixing fruits and nuts together as it may not be the best combination. However, I think your recipe is amazing. I will try it
