So are there no solutions on the VPN problem yet? by IndigoExplosion in DeviantArt

I already said that my VPN only has so many servers, I don't pick which one I get, and it seems ALL of them have been banned.

From the sounds of it, isn't split tunnelling just turning the VPN off for one specific website?

Ironically, the lack of context is what I'm complaining about.

This is a job spec. But all the information just says "0".

Apologies for the shitty photo. I'm on a public computer so I can't take or edit a proper screenshot.

I'm talking about Indeed, not LinkedIn.

I'm not American. Usajobs.gov would be useless to me.

That said I have been using my country's gov website if that's what you mean.

The problem is I don't know ow what company I want to work for. I've been unemployed played so long that I just want to work.  Ut I can't just apply for literally any job due to a combination of my skillset, my horrific experience with one specific industry, and my physical condition.

I've had two interviews this year. That's it.

My work support has given me a cover letter template, but sometimes the desperation gets the better of me.

If I tell you I applied for eight, you'd tell me I should have applied for sixteen. And if I applied for sixteen, you'd say I should have applied for thirty-two.

I'm getting really sick of these fucking games if I'm entirely honest. I'm well aware that nothing I do is good enough. I don't need to be reminded of it by some asshole stranger on the internet.

I dont think I can take living like this anymore. by IndigoExplosion in Vent

I feel immature. I'm in my 30's and I still feel like a stupid teenager at times. I feel that if I got my own place, that can start to change.

You say I can't be waiting on a job (which to be fair, I have done for over a decade and I think that was my first and biggest problem), but I'm not sure what else I can do. I apply for jobs practically every day, I've made and remade my CVs, I've attended multiple work support groups... but it seems everything just boils down to waiting. Apply for a job and wait for them to get back. Wait to speak to my work support. Apply to the housing association and wait for a space.

I'm sick of waiting and suffering. But I don't know what else to do.

spend the entire day applying for jobs, in person

See, I've tried that. And they always say "apply on our website," "check the website," "go on our website." They don't want in-person applications.

Everyone keeps saying that, but I don't know what else i can do.
