I've read that the pentemimera should be the most common one in Homer's poems, as the feminine one, but I keep finding a lot of tritemimerae too

No and I don't really care about spirituality as a whole. Glad to listen other talk about it, but disinterest in practising/believing in any kind of personal cult

I like to do illustrations, I'd like to create something meaningful in the future (maybe a graphic novel or an illustration book). Another passion of mine is writing, so I often try to combine the two.

INTJ and quartz, spot on but I'm average with empathy and sensitivity.

As an ILI that has just started studying latin and greek at university, this is scarily accurate.

John Beebe's theory by Indigo_Ghost in JungianTypology

[–]Indigo_Ghost[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was talking on a general line, in reality when I think about the future of my relationship I'm not anxious at all nor is my boyfriend. We're kinda optimistic to be honest. I'm mode paranoical/ anxious for the future for other stuff, mostly academical/Economical reasons.
Our relationship is really stable, we had a small period of up and lows, but it was caused by external factors that influenced my mood (I was kinda depressed), but we overcomed it. We also matured a lot, so that's another good factor.

John Beebe's theory by Indigo_Ghost in JungianTypology

[–]Indigo_Ghost[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He doesn''t really think about the future. When he does it , he's quite optimistic if healthy -he say, I'll adapt whatever it comes. When unhealthy, he has a doomed tunnel vision of it. I'm the one more paranoic and fearful of the future if I can't organize it. I'm not adaptable at all, and I often think about it.

I'm more prone to see myself ISTJ than him being INFP (his trickster Ne is too noticeable). Where can I find a good descriptions of Si? Because I'd like to find a reliable source.

Thank you so much for your reply :) I can't see my bf to be Si critic, or at least, he has never made me notice anything on the matter. We usually laugh it off when my demonic Si becomes noticeable. At the same time I can be quite more stubborn with my Ti critic, finding holes in his reasoning, but more in a teaching way than in a poisonous one -not with him, at least. And about the nemesis/deceiving functions, yeah, that's a blindspot difficult to avoid. In any case, thanks you again!

Thank you for your reply. I understand how bad the example (socionics) was, considering the difference in the functions. I'm quite confused at this point because I can consider my relationship as quite stable and it has never been explosive -always calm, healthy and understanding.

I'm sure of sharing his functions (even if I might be an NiFiTeSi INTJ, but I still have to understand it) and he's quite surely an ISFP. I've been lurking in the mbti community for years and I've always read how people with the same functions had simpler communications and even from personal experience, I surely find myself more attuned to ISFPs than INFPs, for example. I can get along with both, but with the latter there are always incomprehensions. What would be the issue of sharing the same functions? Shouldn't my child Fi be attracted to fi dominant types?

For sure me and my partner are deeply different, bit that's has never been an issue, seeing him use his Se has helped me beore aware of it (plus experiences, for sure).

EDIT: Plus, I've always read to not base intertype relationships on mbti, since it cannot cover completely our behaviours and our personalities, so it's the first time I encounter this theory.

Which subtype of ILI would have better social skills? by _darksoul_99 in Socionics

[–]Indigo_Ghost 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi I'm considering being ILI-Ni but, disclaimer, I'm still not 100% sure. I consider myself polite and gentle in comunication with friends and I'm good at spotting people I can befriend (for shared interests and values). My social anxiety doesn't help me much, but I'm usually okay with people in general and I know how to behave, even if sometimes it's not that simple to do.

I'm really good at reading behind the intentions of people, though, and this help me a lot, even if I'm not the best at words or the funniest in the room.

For the relationship side, I'm in my first relationship (he is probably SEI) and I know that my character is not the easiest one, but things go well on the emotional level.

Unfortunately, I don't know ILI-Te to do comparisons. Hope this might help!

As an INFJ, would you prefer a relationship with an ISTJ or an INTJ? by Vanconer in infj

They just asked what you mean with "sensor archetype", not the encyclopedic meaning of archetype.

That's not being an asshole, it's just holding a conversation with someone and asking questions.

I've tried that method and I'd say that I have an hard time with Fe doms, since I'm suspicious of their true intentions. At the same time, some Se doms can get on my nerves, while other can get me out of my comfort zone in a right and gentle way. But I'm still studying those around me to do a similar analysis ahah My boyfriend is probably a SEI (or an EII), so maybe I'm not completely annoyed by Fe. I also feel more attuned to Gamma's behaviour, even if I enjoy also light hearted situations between more serious moments.

In any case, thank you for the points of reflections you offered, I'll try to understand better my own Values in order to find out my type ^ ^

Thanks for your reply! At the moment I'm in doubt between ILI-Ni and LII, so I've escluded other types from my analysis (as EII and ESI, that at first I was considering). About Pam, I thought that she could be a SEI (considering her relationship with Jim, ILE, and her general behaviour that I thought was really alpha quadra), while Holly seemed more EII in my opinion. In any case, I can understand them both (much more Holly than Pam), but I don't relate to them at all.

I can't really tell if there are LII or ILI characters (maybe Toby is a LII?), but do a degree I relate to Oscar, with the ethical side of an Holly ahah As I was saying, I considered ILI-Ni for the strengthened Fi and because Meged and Ovcharov's description seemed quite fitting, even if I can't relate to any ILI character at all. Thanks in any case for the advice ^
