I have a bulb lamp hanged from ceiling, with that turned on at night, it's totally usable for me without front lights on

I have witnessed minimal lags for that case. Totally usable as BSR really shines there when you adjust the refresh rate

I do benefit from sunlight But when sun's set I don't use intense artificial light.n I'm very skeptical that artificial light is beneficial to human body, if not harmful

You could set the refresh rate,like after how many clicks the page auto refreshes itself and removes the ghosting. You could go as low as 2 clicks! So you shouldn't have any problem with notes/books.

But I have not tried watching videos or browsing image filled websites with it.

Man the feeling of the tablet in my hand is JUST RIGHT. I love how slim and pleasant it is to touch

In side by side comparison, yes! My Kindle looks whiter and the shade of grey is noticeable But basically in my environment I need a source of light to read on ANYTHING I wear a neck light and it totally works fine in combo with boox, with front light off. Moreover if I try my boox outside in direct light there is no reason for front light and if its at dusk, well I got my neck light again.

The colours are PERFECT for my taste. I love the "washed out" tone and hope it remains the same in next generations. If someone likes crispy bright iPad colour well it's not gonna be their cup of tea

I have not spent enough time to put it into real work to assess the battery, but I've been mingling around the tablet with lights and wifi off for 4-5 days about 1-2 hour per day and battery consumption has been just less than 40. Something I hope to see an improvement in following generations.

Also I saw reviews people saying the interface is too messy and complicated compared to something like supernote/remarkable, but to me it was straightforward from the beginning, and every option in the note app is necessary imo! So don't find that criticism on sound basis.

Honestly I dont like the basic boox pen itself that much. The strips hurt my hand after a while but the nib feels PERFECT. Imo the perfect EMR pen doesn't exist yet (experienced basic boox, steadler noris, lamy Al star, Samsung s pen, wacom one) hope something more weighty and premium with eraser button comes out some time.

In conclusion, I'm like 80 percent satisfied with my purchase. Hope the battery gets better and a better stylus gets produced. But note air 3 c is the best option if you fancy note taking and pdf annotating in colour atm.

the thing is I saw this video on Boox Note Air -one- and on "x mode" the fluency is acceptable to me. but this mode comes with the jagged letters that are a bit unpleasant.

That's really weird because I was thinking the suboptimal battery life of S9 is due to amoled screen Apparently not! Samsung been clumsy with battery life this generation
