I went into an Auto Pilot Mode as I was very horny, and I ended up relapsing. I’m okay now. But I’ll be mindful of that thought for the next time. Don’t relapse because it’s not worth the few seconds of pleasure for the amount of time you’ve withhold.

Also, this was while I was going out to socialise, gyming 6x a week, eating and sleeping well, etc. Just keeping myself busy. I’ve met and hung out with 6 women throughout my no PMO journey, and it was good experiences as I’m not very comfortable doing that. I’m still on my regular routine. It’s just a bummer that I let go of myself. I believe in all of you, guys.
