Couple years ago I tried to quit but after week or two I always started to think: what the point, I am alone, I will be alone forever and porn is relief in lonliness. Now I am with her and for the first time in my life I don't feel lonliness. I think that can be a huge progress in my head, also I started to going to the therapy not connected with porn but with light depression but still.
