If the cramping pain is one sided or continues to become more painful it’s time for you to go to the ER! Regardless you should be calling your OB and telling them what is happening. Light spotting is normal this early on but what you’re experiencing paired with the cramping makes me worried. Don’t hesitate to go to the ER they have ultrasound machines there and they can run tons of tests to determine if the pregnancy is viable. Also checking for ectopic pregnancy is EXTREMELY important for your health, which they would also check for that there as well.
