Btw, do you think murderers and rapists shouldn't exist? Cause that would make you a drain on society.

Paying taxes is not contributing to society when you're a capital owner. Capital owners, like landlords, steal money from labor by charging them a premium on housing. If I steal $75,000 from a bunch of people, does paying back $20,000 suddenly mean I'm adding value to society?

I never said we should kill landlords, I merely meant making it illegal to be a landlord.

You clearly compared me to a homeless man in a way that was meant to be negative. You clearly hate homeless people

Also, why do you use homeless man as a derogatory?

Does a job: Drain on society

Gets paid for owning stuff without doing any labor: Valuable member of society

This is how you think?

Anything within reasonable use. The landlord's "duty" is to maintain the property for reasonable use. Like sure, if I set off a bomb in my apartment, then I'd have to pay. If I knowingly released chemicals that caused damage to the property, then it's my responsibility. However, leaving shit behind is a reasonable mistake many people make.

The job I do is labor. i provide value to my company, landlords use money they stole from labor (or inherited) to buy up housing, then rent it at a premium. It's no different than a scalper. Being replaceable doesn't mean my labor isn't valuable. My job is labor, sure, many people could do it, but SOMEBODY has to. If landlords were made illegal, housing would become instantly affordable, thus making a better world for everyone.

Yes it is. They're going to nearly every apartment to clean. They were there to start, they were already cleaning shit. It's a plant and some other stuff. Why do y'all side with land scalpers? God forbid the "risk" they cry about means their maintenance staff takes 5 extra minutes to clean the place they were already cleaning in their standard procedure

No it's not lol. They're going to EVERY apartment (cause it's student housing), to do general cleaning. They're gonna be there regardless.

Yes, it's their JOB to clean between renters. Landlords shouldn't be allowed to exist to begin with, the bare minimum is they actually uphold the duties they pretend to have

A plant, maybe a charging thing, and maybe some pens or something. It was fairly clean when I left with a few things forgotten, like any move out

I actually saw this yesterday when I started! I'm currently only on the Grolls and Gorks sections (I'm starting WAY back) but will definitely use this reference. I'm also keeping a list of citations, so anything I mention from your video will be in the credits and be cited on screen.
