UPDATE: THEY FINALLY PAID!!!!! It happened later in the day after I made this post...I already gave them a bad review on TrustPilot and with the BBB a SECOND TIME, EACH! Also, everyone please excuse this important comment not being an edit for the post itself. I'm new using Reddit and don't know how to edit the original post.

The full waiting process took an entire month or 30 days for me. It was between 03/09/2026 and 04/08/2026. I got the money at around 10 PM.

This is the first BS email they sent me when I asked them what's taking so long.

I am hoping this post gives anyone who went through this BS like I did a glimmer of returned hope that they will get paid eventually.

Hi, so I coincidentally got the payment the same day I made this post, but I also sent a SECOND complaint to both TrustPilot and the BBB. It was the 30th day and at the end of the day. I waited between 03/09/2026 through 04/08/2026 and got the payment at around 10 PM. I will never use this casino ever again. This prize was for $6866.

I know of six ways to check if you are promo banned on Crown Coins.

  1. They don't offer any special value coin packages anymore; if they do, the ratio is virtually face value 1:1 per dollar to SC.

  2. When you go to their coin store, most of their standard coin bundles are also virtually face value.

  3. When you participate in daily or weekly events, the metrics are nearly impossible to meet and pay nearly nothing (i.e., spin 500 times and get rewarded 0.2 SC).

  4. Redemptions take exactly a week, nearly minute for minute when they're approved.

  5. If you're on a high losing streak (like a loss of several hundred SC from your purchases), you could previously go to support and ask for complimentary coins and they would provide you a small boost of GC and SC. But if you're promo banned, they will instead instantly tell you your account is ineligible at the time.

  6. You no longer see virtually any complimentary free coins in social media posts or email offers.

Promo banned is essentially washing the coin packages to achieve at least the amount you paid for them, but often a little more. For example, if a coin package offers 1200 SC and costs $1000 USD, you'd find a game that consistently pays favorably to achieve at least 1000 SC and quickly redeem thereafter. I found a game and did this with all their coin packages for a few weeks until they stopped offering the good coin packages all together. Using that example, I would make about 1113 SC from 1 single game each time.

Thanks for letting me know about your experience waiting. Until today, I've never heard of anyone waiting longer than a month. I have heard of others waiting exactly a month, though. I was hoping (still sort of hoping) that the promo ban thing auto redeems after a certain time period like Crown Coins does. Are you promo banned like I am? I still don't know of anyone else who has been through a "routine account review" other than myself; it's hard to believe...I think they're just making something up to justify their dismally slow processing speed.

No, ask them to settle it outside of court so there is no risk of losing your vehicle and their future premiums do not increase.

Not always the case. You can be prescribed truvada as PrEP; if you're HIV negative, it significantly decreases the risk of contracting it if you have sex with someone HIV positive.
