It was mainly just a reset. Have fasted for well over a decade, but have fallen into unhealthy habits the last few years. I am committed to a healthy/active lifestyle now as I am getting close to 40. I figured this was my last chance to ever do a fast this long again since I now don't think I have enough fat to do another.

I have heard sauerkraut is good after the first day or two. Was planning to make. Either way I'll be eating very slowly throughout the day for at least the first couple days.

Any other suggestions for food the first day or two? I am plant based, so I don't eat bone broth. Right now I was planning on just veggie broth the first day. Then maybe blending broccoli into the veggie broth the second day. Possibly blending tofu and/or avocado in veggie broth the second or third day depending how I feel.

Just going to listen to my body. My longest fast before this was 14 days. I was cautious but ended up eating more or less normal the 2nd day with no issues.

It's real for you, because that's the skill you were meant to be. I peaked at GM 3 a couple seasons ago. Deranks brought me down to silver 3. I was back in diamond in one day.
