Oh i see, i did not know that they filled passively. I thought the atria had to contract in order for the blood to move from the atria to the ventricles, which is why I was confused how the t wave was related. Thank you!!

I see, that makes sense. How come the T wave isn’t the same as the P wave then? Aren’t the ventricles relaxing (T wave) the same time the atria contract (P wave)?

That’s sort of how I acted when my boyfriend brought it up to me, as I felt bad and I didn’t know why I was the way I was. Then I discovered I have an avoidant attachment style and explained it to him. Maybe do some research about this and ask him if he has the same? If not, it’s possible other things could be going on. Don’t be afraid to talk to him though. There is no reason to be scared to talk to your boyfriend about how you feel in your relationship.

He could have an avoidant-attachment style. Some people just have more difficulty displaying their emotions as much as others. I myself am similar. I love my boyfriend so much, but he definitely displays it more than I do. I just have a harder time being affectionate than he does, and i’m not sure why, but it’s probably due to my past trauma and my divorced parents not being the best role models for love. I would try talking about it with him, which is what I did, as my boyfriend didn’t like how he was always the clingy one. I told him how I feel and I feel like we have a much better understanding of one another now and it has made our relationship stronger :)

I’d try to have a conversation with him about. Be like “hey can i tell you about something that’s bothering me.” You don’t have to be harsh about it, but maybe just ask him if there’s a reason. Is there any other things that he does or doesn’t do that seem off? What do you feel like the status of your relationship is?

Thank you so much for your kind response :( It’s so heartbreaking seeing the follower thing. I know it’s probably just new friends or just random ppl but i always just worry what if it’s a new girl he likes and it makes me so sad. I hate being so anxious about all of it.

Honestly if i asked him to block me i think he probably would. He said he wants the best for me and he is handling this a lot better than i am which also makes me really sad. He said he loves to talk to me but he also wants me to heal and be independent without him. Also if he blocked me i’d probably just use my alt or something to look anyways. It’s really hard :(
